Party by the Pitch

Our most popular summer package. Relax on the ground with a BBQ, drinks, and outdoor seating right beside the pitch — Guildford's best outdoor party venue, and a genuine blank canvas for anything from a relaxed team get-together to a full-scale company celebration.

Packages from £50 + VAT per person (based on 100 guests) — includes venue hire, welcome drink, BBQ menu and outdoor furniture.

Roof Terrace Party

Want the outdoor feel with a fallback for British weather? Our private roof terrace looks out over the Surrey Hills, the Cathedral and the cricket pitch — ideal for up to 40 guests, with the adjoining Terrace Room as an indoor option if it rains.

From £300 + VAT — venue hire and a fully stocked pay bar, with 6 O'Clock Gin cocktails and Albury English Sparkling Wine available to add.

Summer Away Days

Combine business with a proper summer send-off. Pair a half-day conference or workshop with an afternoon of team wellbeing — a BBQ or light lunch, a game of softball cricket or team activities on the ground, then celebration drinks as the sun goes down.

That success is entirely thanks to the seamless organization and exceptional support of the events team. The food was truly outstanding, but the hospitality and atmosphere made the evening extra special. The staff went above and beyond—they were remarkably welcoming, attentive, and even set up a interactive cotton candy station for us, which was a delightful and memorable touch! The venue is fabulous, staff are efficient and helpful and its a great location too! In my experience, great food always makes an event. We have had their internal caterers twice and this year we went for a BBQ with Keely's kitchen and it was exceptional! Great coffee too! We all had a wonderful day, thank you!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We held a team day at the Guildford Pavilion a couple of days ago and I have nothing but praise for them. Saffron and the team worked miracles and nothing was too much bother for them. The venue is immaculate and the meeting room and facilities are perfect for a large group. We also had a team building company come to set up outside which again was professionally handled by the team, including getting us ice creams on one of the hottest days of the year! The BBQ was excellent and literally all dietary requirements were covered which made everyone feel included. I cannot recommend this place more and we'll be back!
