A conference venue that doesn't confine you to one room. For up to 120 delegates, presentations and workshops, or a hybrid event with remote attendees dialling in, we'll help you build the right combination of spaces rather than squeeze your event into a single one.

Most conferences here run from the Long Room, our largest space, set up theatre-style, cabaret-style, or open-plan for a product launch or AGM. Need private breakout space for smaller group work? The Terrace Room is right next door. Want delegates to actually leave their seats between sessions? The Roof Terrace and the Sports Ground give you outdoor breakout space most Guildford conference venues simply don't have.

From £36 + VAT per person (based on 120 delegates), including room hire from 9am–5pm, unlimited tea and coffee, three refreshment breaks, a finger-food buffet lunch, still water, full AV, free parking and a dedicated event specialist for the day. The Guildford Pavilion recently hosted our company’s annual Summer Social, and our team unanimously agreed it was our best one yet. That success is entirely thanks to the seamless organization and exceptional support of the events team. The food was truly outstanding, but the hospitality and atmosphere made the evening extra special. The staff went above and beyond—they were remarkably welcoming, attentive, and even set up a interactive cotton candy station for us, which was a delightful and memorable touch! The venue is fabulous, staff are efficient and helpful and its a great location too! In my experience, great food always makes an event. We have had their internal caterers twice and this year we went for a BBQ with Keely's kitchen and it was exceptional! Great coffee too! We all had a wonderful day, thank you!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We held a team day at the Guildford Pavilion a couple of days ago and I have nothing but praise for them. Saffron and the team worked miracles and nothing was too much bother for them. The venue is immaculate and the meeting room and facilities are perfect for a large group. We also had a team building company come to set up outside which again was professionally handled by the team, including getting us ice creams on one of the hottest days of the year! The BBQ was excellent and literally all dietary requirements were covered which made everyone feel included. I cannot recommend this place more and we'll be back!
