Throughout The Guildford Pavilion, we have installed a range of industry-leading digital facilities with our partner, Convergence. These are made available to our clients and we are happy to work with you to provide appropriate digital solutions for your event. Our Internet connection and network setup will easily support video conferencing.

At the Guildford Pavilion we have the available:

• LG smart TVs (two in the Long Room, one in The Terrace Room and one in Reception) with HDMI and USB inputs
• Epson interactive projector - see specs here
• AV system with two radio mics and audio input for music available in the Long Room
• 100MB leased line Internet connection
• Wi-Fi access throughout the Pavilion and available around the pitch
